Jennifer Wolffing

Hi, I'm Jennifer (Jenni) Wolffing, and I'm so glad you're here.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Wyoming, and I work with both adolescents and adults who are navigating the often overwhelming challenges of life. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, anger, or just feeling stuck, you're not alone, let’s put our heads together to get you through it faster!

I’ve spent the past few years walking alongside people from all different backgrounds, helping them make sense of their experiences and find more peace and clarity in their lives. I believe that reaching out for help takes a lot of courage, and it’s a powerful first step toward real change and healing.

Therapy, at its core, is a relationship, a partnership. I view our work together as a team effort, where you bring your story, your strengths, and your goals, and I bring my training, compassion, and unwavering support. My approach is flexible and tailored to fit you. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Client centered Therapy, among others. What that really means is that I’ll meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be, emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually, if that’s part of your journey.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or just need someone to talk to who truly listens, I’d be honored to connect with you. Taking that first step can feel daunting, but it can also open the door to relief, self discovery, and growth.

Feel free to reach out, whether you’re ready to schedule a session or just have questions. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you in whatever way I can.

Janie Magelky

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Janie Magelky, and I’m a Provisional Clinical Social Worker (PCSW). I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and work with people experiencing trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and the lingering effects of generational trauma. I also support clients managing the challenges of chronic illness, offering a safe space to process both the physical and emotional impacts it brings. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, helping you navigate what may feel overwhelming so that you don’t have to face it alone.

I am Gottman Level 1 trained, trained in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST), and continually expanding my skills to best serve my clients. These trainings and experiences support my focus on trauma recovery, relationship strengthening, and mental health wellness.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a life and business coach and owned several businesses. Those experiences gave me a creative, solution-focused perspective that I bring into therapy today. I like to say I live on the “sunny side of things”—hopeful, encouraging, and always ready to hold space for both the hard and the hopeful parts of your journey. Most of all, I am excited to meet you. I feel honored every time someone invites me into their story, and I look forward to walking alongside you as you heal, grow, and discover what flourishing looks like for you.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to connect and begin this journey with you.
